Downward Day

While other days are up, today is a downer. I forced myself to get out of bed and make it for Physiology lecture but managed to only stay half awake. Stepping out of class, I felt a pang of total demise that permeated throughout the day. Shit! It's a Downward Day. Not Downy Day for I love Downy Day. It's Sinking/Failing/Falling Day. What I am I doing, wasting my time on this class at a community college? I reassured as the half-awake self did manage to collect a few physiology pearls that I missed when I was in school. Besides, eyes on the big picture.

I hunted for jobs the rest of the day from full time to per diem. I even called up the two local phở places that were looking for helps. Nothing. You may try your best but things seldom go your way on Downward Day.
